Rebar Couplers

Joints stronger than the bar.

A coupler joins two bars end to end through a precision thread, transferring full load without the 40–50 diameters of overlap a lap splice consumes. Sections breathe, concrete flows, and steel tonnage drops.

Type

Why it matters

Engineered for the site, not the brochure.

01

Lose the lap

Eliminating lap lengths saves steel — often 40–50 bar diameters per joint.

02

Decongest sections

Fewer bars at splice zones means better concrete flow and compaction.

03

Bar-break strength

Couplers are designed for the joint to outperform the parent bar in tension.

04

Future-ready

Threaded ends allow clean extensions for future floors and phased construction.

Questions

Asked often

Are threaded ends prepared by you?

Yes. Bar ends are threaded in our facility and shipped with protective caps, ready to couple on site.

Can I join two different diameters?

Yes — reducer couplers connect bars of different sizes, for example 32 mm to 25 mm.
